How my virtual team booked me 44 sales calls over a weekend using Cold Outreach Systems:
My team booked me 44 sales calls over the long weekend for our agency via cold outreach.
Absolutely insane numbers, even by our standards. We usually book 35–45 in an entire week, this time we did it over a 3 day weekend. So I thought I would share a few cool ideas that maybe you can take away from my “humble brag”😂
1) Consistency is everything, duh?!:
We all know this but how often do we actually follow through?
How often are you doing outreach, how long for, how many inbound and replies do you manage?
How long is it between each touch point with every prospect you’re talking to. Just like with everything in life, outreach is amplified by the compound effect. The more you do it, the more it works.
2) Be direct as possible:
For my agency we are only looking for the top 3% of prospects who have a problem, know they have a problem and are looking for a solution right now.
Since we are targeting this small segment, we do zero outreach with content, or case studies or testimonials, or proof. We simply go right for the call, tell them what we do, if it interests them in anyway, we should speak about it.
And you don’t want to be trying to “convince” a prospect that they have a problem or to be open to a solution by using content or case studies. Instead we found just looking for those that have a problem, know it exists and are looking to fix it — are way easier to book and close.
3) Tracking and management is everything.
We have a pretty cool “social crm” that my team and I managed for IG, FB, LI, Cold Email, Forums and community groups.
Since we do close to 400 outreach contact points with new prospects or existing prospects per day, we need to track it.
We do about…29 action items each day.
So we’re always tracking how often we do each action item per day, per week and per month. Alongside tracking how many times i’ve spoken to each person, if they have asked for a call, if they haven’t, along with if they have replied or not.
Its a lot to setup but once you have the systems for it and the team to run it…MY GOD, life and leads are easy.
So to give some context. I run a marketing agency with a virtual team of 17.
That team is broken up into 2 parts. A client delivery team (ads, funnels, seo, sem, social etc etc).
The second part is my cold outreach team which is just a single VA with about 29 processes and almost 40 scripts that slot into those processes.
This is all with the idea of CLONING how I do outreach as myself, into systems, then giving it to my team.That’s all it takes :).

I know how much it sucks to not have any calls booked :\ there is no shortcut to this process, it just needs to be build and managed.
