Meet David:

A case study on optimizing the business via batching.

Meet David - he runs a complex, unique and highly successful business which helps consumer brands expand into new markets.

David is the go-to person in his industry. He helps food, cosmetics, supplement and nutritional businesses enter new international markets through a structured approach to business development spanning research, regulatory and formulation and launch.

What he didn't know was how to reproduce the delivery of his high quality work with the insights that the clients need without him. Having tried this in the past on his own, he felt fatigued around the idea of building systems for system’s sake without seeing any progress and pay off from effort expended. So we went to work with David.

Let's break it down.

Who? David

Problem: Unable to reproduce the delivery of his high quality work for his clients.

Solution: Join our Dream Team Intensive (our hands-on consulting program that shows you how to build “operating systems” to scale your business, create time, increase profits, remove errors, and work Less.)

Did it work? It did. David has begun optimizing himself in order to design his day correctly to support his system goals.

David had the following to say in our community:

Here's what I can tell you about David.

He pinpoints and addresses the areas he needs to fix to get out of the day-to-day operations, so he can keep growing quickly. He puts this in the cold light of day in order to control his winning conditions for his business via our batching methods.

Recently, he asked us in the community to clarify his Hiring Sequence plan, which is covered in Module 2 with accompanying templates. Of course, hiring is often a major bottleneck for many business owners, because of two key reasons.

1. Many don't believe anyone can complete the work as well as them, and as a result, they delay hiring until it becomes an urgenty, and then usually hire out of desperation. This is why having a Hiring Sequence Plan is crucial.

2. The confusion about how to build the right systems that absorb your deep domain expertise, and over time and in turn become as effective as you, without using your own time / energy. it's nuanced and takes time. But, it's critical to hire in the right sequence and only after the system is built in the right order.

This only applies if you desire is to scale your business, and to be less on the front lines of the day-to-day operations, over time.

After we shared some specific tactics on how to clarify his Hiring Sequence Plan he implemented these suggestions and has continued scaling his sales, knowing that his delivery will continue to be excellent.
