Meet Rashi - she's a 15-year marketing veteran and co-founder of a value-exchange platform.
Rashi is a huge believer of word-of-mouth marketing and is equally passionate about advancing her advocacy to help educate young girls.
This led her to co-found a startup platform that helps brands engage with women, which in turn lets them support a girl-child's education for a day.
Rashi knows how to combine technology and marketing to make a social impact.
What Rashi didn't know was how to build a team that could work more independently and efficiently. She also wanted to be able to flesh out her plan of scaling up without having to put out additional resources.

For years, Rashi and her co-founder have wrestled with the challenge of expanding to other countries given their limited resources.
